If you want a nice quality car GO HERE or any RH dealership! I’m a Rick Hendrick Chevrolet lover...but I didn’t quite want a Chevy during this time. I wanted a Challenger...so when I saw this deal dealership! I’m a Rick Hendrick Chevrolet lover...but I didn’t quite want a Chevy during this time. I wanted a Challenger...so when I saw this dealership...I knew they would find something I liked and be willing to NEGOTIATE! They don’t make it all about the money, they make it about customer satisfaction. Although there were some bumps in the road this location made sure I was satisfied from the beginning to end! AND IM VERY PICKY! If you want a car ask for BRADY! He really enjoys his job and is a hard worker. McDaniel and Mark in finance were also helpful during this process. Mark really took his time explaining everything in the contract to me before selling the vehicle. You can tell he has a good heart as well. I want to thank everyone at this dealership for making this dream car process possible for me. More
Nick, Brady, Veronica and Alan were all great! But when we came bk on Weds to pick up McDaniel Fund was not pleasant at all. U really don’t need to keep him he almost caused nick and Brady the deal. I was very unhappy with my visit. I was told that my recall “wouldn’t take long” and it took 4 hours. A friend of mine went in for the same recall at a different location and it took 1 hour. This was the worst experience with purchasing a new vehicle I have had since I bought my first car in 1984. It started with the Internet Manager lying to me about the final sales price of the Ram 2500 vehicle I have had since I bought my first car in 1984. It started with the Internet Manager lying to me about the final sales price of the Ram 2500 truck, to her inviting me to the dealership to purchase the truck which was a 3 hour one way trip and her not being at the dealership. She went home and did not say a word to me. The truck was not prepared properly for delivery. The sales woman did not go over the truck with me. The sales manager informed me the sales price told to me was wrong. It was $5,000 more causing me to get a much higher interest rate and loan term plus I had to put an additional $5,000 down and my payments are $100/month higher now. The Finance Manager, Mark Jorsling, rushed me through his process. I was not offered any dealership car maintenance services nor an extended warranty. I left without the final paper work and it to them 2 weeks to get me the paperwork that had multiple errors in them. I then spent 2 weeks with the General Manager to purchase an extended warranty. No one offered nor would provide me any concessions for the lies I was told nor the mistakes that they made. More
Katie was awesome at doing what she does best. She kept me posted as the day to day business went on and what was happening to my vehicle. The only issue was I had to wait over a week for my vehicle and it me posted as the day to day business went on and what was happening to my vehicle. The only issue was I had to wait over a week for my vehicle and it was no fault of Katie’s but it took so long for my vehicle to even get seen. Once in and parts got here it moved rather quick. More
