Quoted $3700 for work related to front suspension. Said that was the reason for the sound my vehicle was making. Took it to a Jeep specialist and they determined that the filter had shaken lose and was hit that was the reason for the sound my vehicle was making. Took it to a Jeep specialist and they determined that the filter had shaken lose and was hitting my engine.... that was the only problem and that my Jeep was structurally sound all along. On top of paying the $155 diagnostic charge, they charged me $19.99 for labor to replace a front headlight THAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED ahead of arriving to the service department. On top of all of this, they lost my brand new key fob, that I had just gotten replaced. That took another day of waiting to get my Jeep because they didn’t have another one in stock. Not only were they trying to screw me on $3700, they couldn’t even get the car back to me when I asked for it. Terrible experience. Why is it that people don’t trust car dealers? For reasons exactly like this. Please do not contact me again. More
