I had to go in for a recalled airbag. I was told it would take between 1 to 2 hours. I made an appointment to make sure they knew ahead of time, and I wasn't just showing up randomly. However, five hours passed, and I had to go ask someone about my car. Everyone in the waiting area was leaving except me. When I finally asked about my car, the guy came back and said there was something wrong with the airbag, and they would have to fix my car until tomorrow. I had to take some things out of my car, and they gave me a rental for the night. While I appreciate being given a rental, I would have appreciated it more if they had told me before hand that they had not been able to do anything with my car for the past 5 hours. When I retrieved items from my car before leaving, it looked like no work had been done on it whatsoever. Making someone wait for 5 hours is unacceptable especially when it seemed I would have waited longer if I hadn't asked. That is the point of an appointment. I understand 2 or 3 hours. But 5 hours is totally unacceptable. More

Oil Change & Tire Rotation It took 2 hours from walk in to walk out for an oil change & tire rotation. Service waiting room was full so it appeared as if they were very busy.
