The buying process lacked integrity. Your sales team told me that I had to buy Kahu because it was already installed on the car. It was not installed on the car! You installed the wrong battery and my son al me that I had to buy Kahu because it was already installed on the car. It was not installed on the car! You didn’t do the emissions test so I still don’t have my tags. Nico was nice, but your managers lack integrity and that is a reflection on your business.
