The buying process lacked integrity. Your sales team told me that I had to buy Kahu because it was already installed on the car. It was not installed on the car! You installed the wrong battery and my son al me that I had to buy Kahu because it was already installed on the car. It was not installed on the car! You installed the wrong battery and my son almost got killed on the highway because the car broke down driving home from the dealership. You didn’t do the emissions test so I still don’t have my tags. Nico was nice, but your managers lack integrity and that is a reflection on your business. When you front desk people greet new or existing customers they should not only say good morning but actually look at the customer not thier phone or screen. My sales person Felipe was awesome and did a good job, but the paperwork got messed up a couple of times causing me to re-visit. But again overall the service was good..TY More

Do not reccomend thia dealership. Do not sign paperwork if it is not what you agree to prior to going into yhe finance office. You will get the worst deal end of a deal. The service advisors are incompetent. I tried to pay them to change 4 tires and do an alignment on my Jeep and they didn’t even order the tires in the weeks time I left my car with them (note: I wasn’t even to change 4 tires and do an alignment on my Jeep and they didn’t even order the tires in the weeks time I left my car with them (note: I wasn’t even offered a loaner).
