This is the second time i go here and honestly i hate going here i feel like their costumer service is just bad first time i went for an oil change two years ago and asked for a tired check and rotation going here i feel like their costumer service is just bad first time i went for an oil change two years ago and asked for a tired check and rotation charge me and dint get my tires rotated and they dint inspect my tires i knew it because the tire needed air and it had a nail they did put air in my tire but dint tell me that it had a nail and when i got home the tired was still in the front and my husband took it off and had to do it him self so i basically paid money for air any way so now i had my car towed there by mopar and the guy that was helping me with the paper work said look you aren’t getting your car work on soon so maybe you’ll get it back next week i said ok then ill get a rental bad costumer service when i got there to pick up my car he just said there’s the paper work that explains the work done to your car have a good day thats all i felt completely unwelcome i wouldn’t go back there not even by choice ugh 😩 worst experience ever More
