Instead we had them come to our home....which ended up being 3 visits for signatures to complete the paperwork. They obviously don't know what they are doing. In addition we were lied to about Kahu. I spoke two managers about this who said they would get back to me...they did not call me back. Terrible service, very uprofessional and do not know how to complete the transaction properly. Lastly our CPO car needs alignment and we only received one key. Bad experience from every angle. More

Purchase 2018 Ford F150 Came in a couple of weeks ago to look at the vehicle. We were not really able to get a deal at that time. Apparently, vehicle had only been on the lot for a couple of weeks. Came back the last Saturday of the month. Dealership was very busy, many deals going on. This time we were able to negotiate and get a price that was acceptable. Steve Knight did a fantastic job going back and forth to the Sales office and got price down to acceptable. He was running around like a made man, making deal after deal. Once we accepted the deal, it was time to head over to the Finance/Billing office. No financing necessary, but this part of the whole deal was the most painful. Really need to re-evaluate closing procedures. We struggled almost an hour trying to get the paperwork filled out. What a mess. Otherwise, satisfied with the deal and Rick Hendrick. More

When i went to check on the truck i was told it was completed but the technician and the service adviser had gone to lunch so I would need to continue waiting until they returned to take the truck. Only after raising Cain did I get another service advisory to get my truck for me. I will never return. I took my truck to a dealer that values my business, is honest with me about scheduling and sticks to what they say. More

I called again and told them what I wanted was to speak to someone in Finance as my questions were Finance Department related. They transferred me to a sales person. I told the sales person why I wanted to talk to Finance and they refused to transfer me there. I then started asking questions and all I got from them was condescending attitude and not wanting to help me obtain the information I wanted. I finally told her I wasted enough of my time and I will never purchase a vehicle from Rick Hendricks regardless if it is another dealership I were to go to. I will return to your competitor's dealership where I have purchased three vehicles from them over the years and I always get treated like I am part of their family instead of an instusion on their work day.
