This time we were able to negotiate and get a price that was acceptable. Steve Knight did a fantastic job going back and forth to the Sales office and got price down to acceptable. He was running around like a made man, making deal after deal. Once we accepted the deal, it was time to head over to the Finance/Billing office. No financing necessary, but this part of the whole deal was the most painful. Really need to re-evaluate closing procedures. We struggled almost an hour trying to get the paperwork filled out. When i went to check on the truck i was told it was completed but the technician and the service adviser had gone to lunch so I would need to continue waiting until they returned to take the truck. Only after raising Cain did I get another service advisory to get my truck for me. I will never return. I took my truck to a dealer that values my business, is honest with me about scheduling and sticks to what they say. More

I called again and told them what I wanted was to speak to someone in Finance as my questions were Finance Department related. They transferred me to a sales person. I told the sales person why I wanted to talk to Finance and they refused to transfer me there. I then started asking questions and all I got from them was condescending attitude and not wanting to help me obtain the information I wanted. I finally told her I wasted enough of my time and I will never purchase a vehicle from Rick Hendricks regardless if it is another dealership I were to go to. I will return to your competitor's dealership where I have purchased three vehicles from them over the years and I always get treated like I am part of their family instead of an instusion on their work day.
