Service department is unorganized , customer comes last at this dealership. My car was at Rick Hendricks for a week and my car still wasn't repair fully as requested. Thank God I didn't get a rental vehicl at this dealership. My car was at Rick Hendricks for a week and my car still wasn't repair fully as requested.
