Horrible Communication I purchased a car there in Oct.2019 and was the end of the month . It was just the worst I had ever experienced . The sales rep drove to Savannah to get my signature where I worked . I get a call telling me to come to the dealership to sign some papers . Little did I know that I was ask to come there to be told the deal was never approved and I had to leave the car. When I got there the finance manager was extremely rude and pretty much just told me she had to have the vehicle and I was not getting my down payment back . So, I had to find a way home that rainy cold night . The very next day I was not allow to get my personal items from the car. I was devastated and and very disappointed !! For someone to be so desperate to get a sale the very last day of the month and be so negligence in properly doing their job and I ended up paying for your companies mistake . I have called to speak to a manager and as of today to return call . The worst customer service ever !!! i will never refer anyone to your company. More
