Service department is unorganized , customer comes last at this dealership. My car was at Rick Hendricks for a week and my car still wasn't repair fully as requested. Thank God I didn't get a rental vehicl at this dealership. My car was at Rick Hendricks for a week and my car still wasn't repair fully as requested. Thank God I didn't get a rental vehicle it would have been another $200.00 dollars. It's almost seems like the rental is in on this together. As far as making a purchase from this dealership , never, because service department is unorganized and terrible. More
