Everything went smoothly with my new Jeep purchase from start to finish. Neico Daniels, my salesperson, is the best...he even took me to drop my rental car off, pick up something for a late lunch--I asked start to finish. He took me there and then we picked up my son from school, and then headed an hour away at a dealership in Canton, because the vehicle that would perfectly fill my needs was located there...incredible, right?! Steve Knight, one of the managers sat down with me and we had a great conversation while I was waiting for my paperwork...found out how great the company is, and he also got me the best deal on my car, as well as made sure I had a car with less than 30 miles! I know from years of experience, excellence starts from the top and affects everyone below. Rick Hendrick who owns this dealership and not just this one--found out here owns about 140 across the nation--he knows and talks to everyone by name and calls his employees teammates when he visits...and everyone is like treated like family, so there's longevity with those who work there because of the way they are treated. Allan Magallanes in the finance area is so friendly and honest, and explained everything very well, and so I felt sure I was getting a great deal on my car...they have everything to sign on a digital desk screen, so it's very easy to see and read what you're signing...and gave me a nice USB with all my paperwork on it.
