Sales Team was great. Finance department needs improvement. Carlos Santiago was amazing. Very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. His customer service ability was beyond exceptional. Unfortunately the finance department was not at the same level. I left numerous messages and no return phone calls. Then when he finally returned my call after days everything was urgent and right away. I sat at the front of the dealership for an hour before he came out. Then made an appointment at 8:30 the next morning to come back. When I arrived he was in a business meeting (that was scheduled) and didn’t come out until after 9:30. When I asked him he said he didn’t know I was coming at 8:40 (even thou he looked me in the eyes and said I’ll see you at 8:30). Also the finance manager...she was beyond impolite. She was very rude and abrasive. If it wasn’t for Carlos being very kind and exceptional customer service I would never come back. More

Nick Singh, AN ASSET Nick was great. I liked that he was knowledgeable (financially and product wise) and patient; never pushy. Ugh I hate a pushy salesman; he drove me to Nick was great. Ugh I hate a pushy salesman; he drove me to get medicine as I was coming down with a cold during the sell lol. He also snuck me pizza. Yeah, he was great- though the medicine run and the food was a nice touch, it meant the most that he remained so patient and he didn’t leave me waiting for ridiculous amounts of time. He communicated his every move with me- which set a clear expectation. I had my 10 month old chatty kid with me and he was also very pleasant with him. I really appreciated his attitude. **i wasn’t paid to say this...**— He’s the best salesman I’ve ever bought a car with (my compass being the 5th). Marc in finance was also a big help as well (Get my man a new name tag) and his boss (can’t remember her name but I could tell she ran the place— I loved that!)- she helped a lot with the maintenance plan despite my pushiness for a good deal. My only complaint- the cost of the maintenance plan and the options should be more flexible for the buyer. I absolutely love my compass and so glad I was able to get the warranty and the maintenance. Shoutout to the young guy who vacuumed my car after my ten month spilled an entire bottle of baby crackers 2 secs after being put in the car. My overall experience with Rick Hendricks, Jeep— FANTASTIC... Cant wait to see you guys on my first oil change. More
