Okay car buying experience I think we slipped through the customer service cracks when purchasing our vehicle. We love the new Jeep we ended up getting. We had a hard time getting in touch with people at the dealership after the sale was made. We purchased the car 2 and a half weeks before we were able to pick it up. The financial paperwork needed to be resigned and the wrong vehicle was shipped so we had to resign all of the sale documents as well. One sales person, Filipe, always greeted us with a smile. Everyone else seemed frustrated that we wanted to purchase a car, trying to sell us models that didn't have the features we wanted after they got the wrong car. I don't think this is the typical service there. They seem to do a great job as long as there are no hiccups in the purchasing process. More
