Very poor customer care It took them 5 weeks to fix my vehicle and they repeatedly broke their promise to keep me updated. They seem incompetent. Heather repeatedly told me I wasn’t her advisor therefore she really could not give me details or updates on my repair status. Any update I got was because I called. It seemed like they were arbitrarily replacing parts to solve the issue because each week it was a new strategy to fix my issue. And no one could tell me anything. Katie was cold, curt and had no details when I contacted her. She promised me REPEATEDLY she would call me with updates which never happened. Such poor, uncaring lackluster customer care. They treated me like an annoyance. In contrast, Land Rover rolls out the red carpet for me when I bring them my other care. Hendricks is the amateur hour compared to other dealers. More

Worst car buying experience ever I preplanned based of a letter received from the dealership and spent over on the phone with them prior to coming in. Went over the particular car I wanted with my choice of colors. I confirmed the price of the car as well. Made my appointment for 2 days later. Not only did I not get the salesmen I spoke to 2 days earlier that understood my situation, I ended having to go through 5 employees (can’t recall the names) and 4.5 hours. The promotions were bs and was told i did not qualify yet the men I spoke to said no such thing. The deal wasn’t even relayed to the finance manager until my refusal to sign. Lastly, I put down 1650 and because I was short 350, that will cost me 43 per month and over 2500 during the lifetime of the loan - all for $350. Ridiculous! This experience was the worst in my lifetime. More
