The quote I received over the phone for my trade-in was honored. Kandi Odum was very helpful the day before on the phone and through email. Ben P communicated with me on my drive down to make sure everything was in order and was immediately available when I arrived and was helpful throughout the process. The process took a little longer than expected due to out of state extra paperwork and it being a very busy Saturday. Also, apparently there was a Computer issue and the online information for financing that I had submitted was not available, so that had to be repeated manually. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience for car buying. More
