Not only did he walk the lot with me helping me specifically pick out vehicles that matched the features I like but helped me weigh out what’s important to me. I narrowed down to 2 options. They were quickly able to give me some round numbers even before running my credit. Now these guys did a lot of negotiating on my behalf but I’m happy to say, not only was I able to get a vehicle I absolutely loved, I walked away with no money down. Never did I ever expect that to happen! Would tell everybody to come here if you want great service and a great team that cares about making you happy. More

Disorganized mess I have purchased many cars over the years and am very familiar with the process. I explained to my sales person in our first communication that I didn I have purchased many cars over the years and am very familiar with the process. I explained to my sales person in our first communication that I didn’t want to spend hours at the dealership haggling. I gave the stock number I was interested in and agreed to pay the listed price....then the fun began. I was passed around from one salesperson to the next with no communication between the different people and managers I spoke with. I finally determined that no one was going to “work the deal” without me sitting in the dealership. So the next Monday I arrived at 9 and negotiated for 4 hours to strike a deal. Finally, at 1p I explained that 4 hours was all the time I had and left. Then I got a call from a different salesperson who had no knowledge I even came in. I explained everything agin from scratch and said I’d be happy to sign the deal if they could meet the terms advertised on the website. I got another call that evening explaining that the car I wanted was in Charlotte but if I would come in and sign the buy order, they could get drivers sent to bring the car. The exact words were “this will only take 5 minutes, everything is ready.” I explained that I have a special needs daughter and could stop in for 5 minutes on the way to pick her up from daycare. When I got to the dealership he had me star writing out references and other forms. 20 minutes later I said I had to leave immediately to pick up my child. He escorted me back to the finance manager she explained that it would take another 20-30 minutes to sign everything. I explained that I was only supposed to sign a “buy order” and leave my deposit check, returning on Thursday to complete the paperwork. She had no idea what I was talking about. I left. The manager followed me into the paddling lot to ask why I was leaving. I asked him if anybody ever talked to anybody else at the dealership. He said they were already sending somebody to get the car and s that it would be there on Wednesday night The next day I went out of town but returned early to try again at Rick Hendrick. This time I picked up my daughter first and brought her to the dealership with me....huge mistake. Different sales people, different manger, nobody knew anything that had happened the day before and no one had been sent to get the car. Wednesday I called to see where the deal was (4 times) never got a response or a return call Thursday I took another swing at it but just showed up rather than calling. I signed all the paperwork even though the car wasn’t there and they processed my deposit check. The sales manager said they would sent somebody the following day to pick up the car He said I could use a loaner until the car came in but then said “I lied the only loaner we have with a hitch is a $50,000 truck and I can’t loan it to you”. I told him I was goi g out of town to Virginia for Thanksgiving and had to absolutely have my new car on Friday. Friday came with no word from anyone. I finally called in and spoke to several different people around 3pm. No car, no word on where the drivers were. Finally got the deal done around 8pm, resigned the paperwork and couldn’t leave for VA until the next day Your people are profoundly dishonest. They will say and do anything to get the sale. One manager even complained to me on the phone that I was expecting too much from them. I’m in sales too. Establish expectations then surpass them. It’s easy. I don’t mind snags or changes but your team tries to hide their incompetence with deflection and lies. Fire everyone and star fresh you can’t fix integrity More
