Oil leak! No answers! Still leaking! Discovered an oil leak om my driveway from my 2017 Ram2500. Took it to the service department... dropped it off .... After 2 days and no reply I called the shop to check and was told the SA was off....sooooo just wait until the SA returns or should I have expected a call from someone else? Was told no leak was discovered.... my response was..”since you have the vehicle go ahead and change the oil and fuel filters... You did. Picked my truck up... took it home and guess what?!!! Oil leak!!!!!!!! Took it back to the shop... was informed it wasn’t cleaned properly from the oil change... truck was sent to detail shop to clean the oil residue... Truck returned and I went home.. guess what... Still leaking!!!! You tell me... what should I do now?!!!!!!!??????? What would you do? I’m curious to know........ would you be frustrated? I am! And still no resolution... More

Not only did he walk the lot with me helping me specifically pick out vehicles that matched the features I like but helped me weigh out what’s important to me. I narrowed down to 2 options. They were quickly able to give me some round numbers even before running my credit. Now these guys did a lot of negotiating on my behalf but I’m happy to say, not only was I able to get a vehicle I absolutely loved, I walked away with no money down. Never did I ever expect that to happen! Would tell everybody to come here if you want great service and a great team that cares about making you happy. More
