Our service advisor, Lance Chapin, is honestly the best service person I’ve worked with in 40 plus years of auto ownership. He listens, keeps us updated, is fair, and most important, he’s honest. Overcharging Price for a busted water pump was 1500 dollars, price just to see what’s wrong with my vehicle $155. Price for all around brake and rotor job 1300. Paid for nothing. I brought my factory warrantied dodge in because of check engine light. Already had a diagnostic done before I came. I already knew the issue was oil I brought my factory warrantied dodge in because of check engine light. Already had a diagnostic done before I came. I already knew the issue was oil pump. Service tech saw the check engine light then called me the next day to tell me my car was fine and censor must have been stuck. Charged me $155 for nothing. Extremely disappointed. More

Service was beyond poor My experience with Sam, the client advisor, was great. It was the finance part that was a disaster. No one cared about my having a positive customer e My experience with Sam, the client advisor, was great. It was the finance part that was a disaster. No one cared about my having a positive customer experience. They only seemed to care about pushing extra bells and whistles on me to pump up the payment. I left out w/ a charge for an app that I didn't authorize and didn't need, as my vehicle comes standard with its own service very similar and cheaper. When I questioned the Kahu charge, I was told it was the service that comes standard in my vehicle but it's not! I also was there for 6 hours and left with no 30 day tag, only the test drive one. I had to leave my son's bday dinner to go back to the dealership, only to wait for about 25 mins before leaving with no tag as everyone including the manager Steve--with whom I requested to speak to inform of this horrible experience-- was busy. I feel that my dad and I were victims of deceptive lending practices and disparate treatment based on a few different reasons and will be reporting my experience to the CFPB as well as the GA Dept of Law. To say I'm dissatisfied with the service we received is an understatement. I'm sickened that the greed of a few has soured my taste for the industry in which I work. More
