Paid for nothing. I brought my factory warrantied dodge in because of check engine light. Already had a diagnostic done before I came. Service tech saw the check engine light then called me the next day to tell me my car was fine and censor must have been stuck. Charged me $155 for nothing. Extremely disappointed. More

No one cared about my having a positive customer e My experience with Sam, the client advisor, was great. It was the finance part that was a disaster. No one cared about my having a positive customer experience. They only seemed to care about pushing extra bells and whistles on me to pump up the payment. I left out w/ a charge for an app that I didn't authorize and didn't need, as my vehicle comes standard with its own service very similar and cheaper. When I questioned the Kahu charge, I was told it was the service that comes standard in my vehicle but it's not! I also was there for 6 hours and left with no 30 day tag, only the test drive one. I had to leave my son's bday dinner to go back to the dealership, only to wait for about 25 mins before leaving with no tag as everyone including the manager Steve--with whom I requested to speak to inform of this horrible experience-- was busy. I feel that my dad and I were victims of deceptive lending practices and disparate treatment based on a few different reasons and will be reporting my experience to the CFPB as well as the GA Dept of Law. To say I'm dissatisfied with the service we received is an understatement. I'm sickened that the greed of a few has soured my taste for the industry in which I work. More

Too many hidden charges The staff is a direct reflection of the dealership. They tell you one price, then when it's time to settle up, it's a much higher price. Wait time(even with an appointment) was much too long for a set of tires. Appointments was for 2pm and I didn't leave till 5:30. The sales dept may be different but the service dept in not an honorable experience. More
Hurry up and wait Seems very unorganized there left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing and employees don’t seem to listen to the customer or respond Seems very unorganized there left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing and employees don’t seem to listen to the customer or respond in a timely manner I had many complaints about my vehicle from the way it was running to the condition of the body and was told that the discrepancies would be dealt with none of which were ever done in its entirety car is still running rough even though it has supposedly gone through your certified service and I had a small oil leak The Body of the vehicle had scratches and dents your service team only chose to deal with the dent I think they attempted to buff out some of the other scratches but they remain I will have this work done myself never have I bought a car costing what I paid in this kind of condition so the answer to your question is no I would not subject a friend or family member to what I just went through More
