Great experience in total We had a great experience in total and people worked hard yo get us the exact right vehicle ( not easy when planning to tow an RV) at a fair price. Our only challenge was paying cash: the check assurance company declined our check (though we have never written a bad check ever), then made us jump through hoops with our bank and then declined it again. We should have been told up front to send a wire. This wasted hours of time. More

Paid for nothing. I brought my factory warrantied dodge in because of check engine light. Already had a diagnostic done before I came.
