Too many hidden charges The staff is a direct reflection of the dealership. They tell you one price, then when it's time to settle up, it's a much higher price. Wait time(even with an appointment) was much too long for a set of tires. Appointments was for 2pm and I didn't leave till 5:30. The sales dept may be different but the service dept in not an honorable experience. More

Hurry up and wait Seems very unorganized there left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing and employees don’t seem to listen to the customer or respond Seems very unorganized there left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing and employees don’t seem to listen to the customer or respond in a timely manner I had many complaints about my vehicle from the way it was running to the condition of the body and was told that the discrepancies would be dealt with none of which were ever done in its entirety car is still running rough even though it has supposedly gone through your certified service and I had a small oil leak The Body of the vehicle had scratches and dents your service team only chose to deal with the dent I think they attempted to buff out some of the other scratches but they remain I will have this work done myself never have I bought a car costing what I paid in this kind of condition so the answer to your question is no I would not subject a friend or family member to what I just went through More

Worst experience in all 100,000 miles of ownership I had an appointment set for 815am I arrived around 750am and it took 2 hours for them to even look at my truck. Finally after 2 hours I get told what I had an appointment set for 815am I arrived around 750am and it took 2 hours for them to even look at my truck. Finally after 2 hours I get told what needs to get done on my truck, and I agree to pay $1200 to get my truck serviced. I am then told that it shouldn’t take long since there is a level 3 service tech working on my truck. Another 2 hours go by and I finally walk out on my own to ask what’s going on and I see my truck parked outside the bay and is finished but I was never told it was done. I just moved here from Florida and I work not far from this dealership, and I can promise I will never spend another cent at this place and anyone who asks I will tell them not to come. More
