It could have been a lot worse I tried replacing the battery but NO POWER overnight. Thought alternator. The part arrived in a timely manner in which it was installed which meant my vehicle would be returned to me without an extended delay. Lance has provided service for my vehicle in the past and has shown the same respect and courtesy to me each time I came in. More

Frustrating expectation I'd called the service department and left a message with Heather regarding the error light on my dash. After an online chat, I was advised to stop by the service department. Stephen F. said it would take about an hour to repair. Monday, 11/4 @ 7:30AM my husband brought the vehicle. Upon arrival he was told at least 2 hours. 3 plus hours later he left with a rental and that car would ready later that day. Approximately 3 PM we called and were told it could take 2 weeks as there wasn't a replacement within the state! Strangely going from not one available to one found at another dealership and was already in my car at 4:30 PM, and could pick up car the next day! Everyone pleasant, but seems to be confusion within the communication and inventory departments! More
