Satisfied first time customer I had purchased my vehicle at another dealer who was no longer a Jeep dealer. Upon my first phone call with Rick Hendrick, I was a bit hesitant afte I had purchased my vehicle at another dealer who was no longer a Jeep dealer. Upon my first phone call with Rick Hendrick, I was a bit hesitant after being to it would be over a week for an appointment. I arrived at the appointed hour, was met by an extremely helpful and seemingly accomplished service manager (Heather) who gave me immediate attention. I was told that the service might be completed that very day but, in reality, might be the following day. I was called after about 4.5 hours and told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was shocked. I was also given some information on a free inspection of my vehicle and some areas that I would want to pay attention to in the near future. There was absolutely no pressure to have immediate repairs and the service person (Darrell) was super helpful and completely honest. I went to pick up the vehicle and was delighted with the results.
