Poor follow up with requests Made an appointment to see a vehicle during my lunch hour and when i arrived it was on the "other lot". We drove to the other lot and it would not s Made an appointment to see a vehicle during my lunch hour and when i arrived it was on the "other lot". We drove to the other lot and it would not start. Rep called to have it jump started and the guy finally arrived 30 minutes later, Vehicle started up and sounded like it didn't have drop of oil in it - rep said "that's normal" - what?? Drove back to the dealer and left. Rep called me the next day and asked if i wanted to make an offer on the vehicle. No other follow up after that. More

Best service ever I am completely amazed by the service I received at Rick Hendrick DJC. There was no pressure from my salesman Nick S and even the sales manager was he I am completely amazed by the service I received at Rick Hendrick DJC.
