Ridiculous Do not buy a car here or take it to get serviced here, they lie straight to your face, even write it down. I paid over $2000 book value for a used challenger, my fault that I didn’t check before signing. On the sticker it clearly states 7 year 100000 mile warranty, wrong.. Sticker says 1 yr xm radio 5 year traffic, another lie. The alignment was off, made appointment for that to be fixed, it’s worse now than it was. They did do a decent job tinting the windows, so far they look decent anyways. However, my husband and kids had to sit there for over 5 hours waiting, no loaner car and the dealership is 2 hours away from home. We were promised oil changes for 5 years at any dodge dealership, another lie, ends up being 35000 miles and only at their shop 2 hours away. The defrost of the passenger side doesn’t work. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there. Guess I should have ran when during the test drive, we ran out of gas and the girls card didn’t work so I put gas in the car and wasn’t reimbursed, and they said they would fill it up when I brought it back for tint and alignment, another lie. Stay away from this dealer!! By the way my car only has 5600 miles, it still has the new car smell. This wasn’t an old clunker, And I paid 5000 more than what salesman originally said my out the door price was. He said the car was the same price as the brand new one I had drove and liked but my son fell in love with this one and I’m planning on it being his car when he turns 16. My sons face lit up sitting in the drivers seat. I don’t know what the future holds and I want for my son to always remember us buying his first car. This was the car he fell in love with. I don’t regret buying it only for that reason. I will take it somewhere and have it fixed, pray it’s not a lemon and move forward. I just wish the dealer stuck by the sticker and written deal. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE I recently got a car there , my brake pads and rotors went out in a 1000 miles and made me replace them. Left my car for 2 days and I told them to ch I recently got a car there , my brake pads and rotors went out in a 1000 miles and made me replace them. Left my car for 2 days and I told them to change my proximity SENSORS they never did. I called Darrell on the 2nd day for my sensors he said nothing was wrong (nervously speaking) with them and my key entry for the driver's door is damaged. He then stood oh it must of stopped working just now. I also did the rotors work myself and only 1 rotor and 1 side of a brake pad needed replacing here tried settling me both rear rotors and break pads. Also the rotors in my car were cut and resurfaced. I want a re inburstment or a coupon. More
