168 Point Instpection?? For real?? Or, just a selling piece? THEY CLAIMED PRESTIGE within the auto industry. THEY CLAIMED top of the line in CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. THEY CLAIM (as a selling piece) that they conduct THEY CLAIMED PRESTIGE within the auto industry. THEY CLAIMED top of the line in CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. THEY CLAIM (as a selling piece) that they conduct thorough and meticulous 168 POINT inspections before they approve vehicles for sale to their customers. But what I got was a PRE-OWNED Jaguar with a PRE-EXISTING coolant fluid leak that I learned about shortly after purchase. I provided the facts, the evidence, to everyone at every level, from the salesperson, the sales manager, Steve Knight, to Steven Ostrovisch- the general manager, all of the way to their corporate office in Charlotte, NC. Their generic response was that we "pay" experts to perform those inspections. That they do good work. With that said, they refused to repair. In fact, they wouldn't even look at the vehicle. Their only advice was to take it to automaker's dealership. No integrity. No ethics. Go to this dealership without an attorney at your own risk. More

Bad Experience First of all, my car was kept from Friday to Tuesday which is far too long to have a check engine light checked. Second, My dashboard is bulking out and I assumed it was due to a recall on my airbag that was replaced at this location but they stated it wasn’t which is fine but I thought they could adjust it as a courtesy or at least explain that to me. Finally, I had to call for an update on my vehicle because my service advisor didn’t reach out to me after Monday. More
September 2019 came in for a diagnostic of my car and as I took a ride with the service manager Darrel , he was very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend Was under the impression that I was approved for my loan, and the car was taken back almost a month later. Drove 70 miles to “redo my contract at a cheaper interest rate” and was surprised when I arrived. Had no one follow me there, and had to get a Lyft driver to take me home. More
Lance is THE BEST service advisor I ONLY take my JEEP to him I met Lance after the dealer I bought my Jeep from messed up my transmission install and kept telling me there was nothing wrong that my jeep was func I met Lance after the dealer I bought my Jeep from messed up my transmission install and kept telling me there was nothing wrong that my jeep was functioning properly. I brought my Jeep to Rick Hendrick desperate for help with repairing my Jeep correctly. Lance was so friendly and compassionate he immediately had his transmission specialist test drive with me. We didn’t even make it to the stop light out of the parking lot when the tech agreed my transmission should not just rev up and not move upon heavy acceleration. After further investigation the tech found when the other dealer rebuilt my tranny they didn’t re build one of the tranny seals. They fixed it and got it covered again by my warranty. Since that day Lance Chapin is the only service advisor I trust with my baby. He always makes me feel like family and I know my baby is in good hands. Lance always communicates with me about repairs and any delays in repairs. More

Returned Vehicle that had problems I returned the car they gave me immediately because it was involved in an accident. I called Ben to get a copy of the car fax report and he never sent I returned the car they gave me immediately because it was involved in an accident. I called Ben to get a copy of the car fax report and he never sent it as he stated by email. The Finance guy never gave me the carfax report and when I drove the car, it was jerking on the highway, the accident light was coming on and off. This tells me, it was more than a light tap as the finance guy Mark said. They are just quick to make a sale off of people who has filed bankruptcy, an do not care for the customer’s needs. I’m glade I had the opportunity to put the car on the highway to really see how it drove. All day process not to get what you want. They were nice people, just eager to sale a customer anything to make a dollar and that’s not acceptable. I can tell they are use to people who will accept anything. I’m not that person, just because I filed bankruptcy and going through hardship. More
