Returned Vehicle that had problems I returned the car they gave me immediately because it was involved in an accident. I called Ben to get a copy of the car fax report and he never sent I returned the car they gave me immediately because it was involved in an accident. I called Ben to get a copy of the car fax report and he never sent it as he stated by email. The Finance guy never gave me the carfax report and when I drove the car, it was jerking on the highway, the accident light was coming on and off. This tells me, it was more than a light tap as the finance guy Mark said. They are just quick to make a sale off of people who has filed bankruptcy, an do not care for the customer’s needs. I’m glade I had the opportunity to put the car on the highway to really see how it drove. All day process not to get what you want. They were nice people, just eager to sale a customer anything to make a dollar and that’s not acceptable. I can tell they are use to people who will accept anything. I’m not that person, just because I filed bankruptcy and going through hardship. More
Katey was great customer service but maint service was poor Appt completed after several hours of delay. Trouble with transmission fluid change for 30k mile service. Fluid spilled all over. Mechanic test drove Appt completed after several hours of delay. Trouble with transmission fluid change for 30k mile service. Fluid spilled all over. Mechanic test drove car covered in fluid. Car reaked of transmission fluid. Fluid over floor mats, no paper laid down. Was given 10% discount that didn’t cover cost of having car cleaned to remove smell. Transmission now whines when accelerating indicating damage or low fluid. Will bring back to have fluid changed again. That will be my last trip there for service. More

Regular Maintenance I recently took my car in for a scheduled maintenance and didn’t receive all of the service. I was suppose to get a tire rotation but because my tire I recently took my car in for a scheduled maintenance and didn’t receive all of the service. I was suppose to get a tire rotation but because my tire thread was low. Ok I get that but they didn’t even check my brakes to see how long how’s the wear on them. I would go back since the maintenance is in my contact but I would never recommend. More

I wish they would wash ur car if u get service done to show appreciation. Overall it went well and I will give them 1 more try to impress me. More

Service Too much waiting to get service on your vehicle. They need more technicians to expedite service. Very unhappy with service lady Heather. I called 3 times. Finally went to the manager for help. I spent $1300 for first service. Went back to check why ABS was not communicating. Left car for 2 weeks. They said all good and and again charged $154 . That'd ridiculous. More
