Horrible service department I set a appointment for the recall they said the part would be there. I get there at 7am for them to tell me the part isn’t there and won’t be for a c I set a appointment for the recall they said the part would be there. I get there at 7am for them to tell me the part isn’t there and won’t be for a couple of weeks. The service advisor was not warming, helpful, nor did he act like he even cared to accommodate or comfort his customer! I reschedule get the part order get there for them to say they cover my rental, drop me off at the rental place only to find out I need a deposit in which I was not aware of as a first time car owner! I had to go back and get my vehicle because I had no available funds. Waited 30 mins for them To come get me I had to call back and they said there driver hadn’t got the message to pick me up yet because they can’t be on the phone while driving! The rental place ended up dropping me off back to the dealership! When I get there I ask my advisor to put gas in my car for the inconvenience he said sure but he had to wait for his manager to get out of the meeting because he had the card for gas! I go in to speak to the service manger he was horrible as well! Poor service looked at me like I was crazy and then asked why would they put gas in my car I’m supposed to know any place you need a deposit! He then goes and ask my service advisor and ended up saying they would put 10 in my tank! This service department is very poor! I asked to speak to the gm several times doing this and process left messages and still no call from nobody! Highly upset with this place! And to think jeep is my dream car! More

Was able to work me in I ordered a brake controller for my company dodge 2500. Once the part arrive the service department was able to work me in and get it installed while I ordered a brake controller for my company dodge 2500. Once the part arrive the service department was able to work me in and get it installed while I waited. It’s an 1.5 hour job, with them working me in, total wait time was 3 hours. Not bad for a curve ball. Thanks for the courteous service. More

I come to Hendrick, Lance listened to my problem, he tells me they have 3 diesel mechanics. For the first time, he had me talk with the mechanic. He tells me he found what could be part of the problem, and he will work with me if the code happens again. So, a repair has happened and a plan has been made if problem persists. A little disappointing Service advisor and check-in experience were great. I checked in at 5 Thursday evening. When I didn’t hear from her by early afternoon Friday, I called and left a voicemail asking her to let me know the status of the car. Called again later Friday asking for an update. Left another voicemail When I had heard nothing back by late morning Saturday, I called again. Voicemail again. Left another message. Called a little before 4; got voicemail; left message. Then called the main service line and spoke with Dustin who took charge of my complaint about no response to my previous calls, located the vehicle, processed the diagnostics, and arranged for us to pick up the car on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day). Kelly called at 8 Tuesday morning to let us know the car was ready to pick up. Not sure what the issue was or if my expectations of communication and follow up were unrealistic. Heather was very personable, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. I had every confidence in her when I left the car on Thursday evening. Very disappointing that the responsibility for follow- up fell on me. More
