Don't buy anything at Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM I bought a Jeep Renegate on 06/06/2018 at Hendrick located at 2473 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096. From the first month, there were constant war I bought a Jeep Renegate on 06/06/2018 at Hendrick located at 2473 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096. From the first month, there were constant warning signs came up it was warning "Oil Low". So I complained to the dealer. And the deal told me to do 500 mile run and the first oil test run failed. They told me to do another test run. They said the miles can be little over or lesser than 500 miles. The tester refused the evaluation after my one hour waiting because it was lesser than 500. So I had to come back to the dealer after another 500 mile run. They said it passed. WOW. The car ran without any warning for a while but today (09/03/2019) the engine stopped in the middle of road because of the low oil matter again. I had to call my husband to get engine oil to pour in order to start the engine. This is very serious problem. You have to resolve!!! Don't buy anything at Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The service is very very BAD!!! The engine has serious oil consumption problem so I had to visit and waited more than an hour each time for the 500 test runs for 3 times. The engine stopped constantly!!! This is a serious problem they are ignoring carelessly!!! More

Both visits were examples of very weak customer service. Both SMs were slow, lacked timely updates, hard to contact, and had a general lack of any enthusiasm or energy. There is a sense of malaise. I was glad to see this dealership become a part of the Hendrick group. We've had nothing but great service at the nearby Hendrick Chevrolet and frankly, the SMs at this dealership could really use some training from the head of the service dept at the Chevrolet branch. I also thought that the prices were a bit high but not unexpected with a dealership service dept. I will be hard pressed to return to this dealership for service. More
