Friendly staff but no issue resolution My issue was with my transmission or drive train. I was having the issue for a long time and attempted to have it fixed at another dealership where th My issue was with my transmission or drive train. I was having the issue for a long time and attempted to have it fixed at another dealership where they said that there was no issue. Of course this was incorrect but they could not verify the transmission slipping so they wouldn’t work on the issue. The issue persisted so I brought the vehicle in for servicing at the Duluth location since it was referred to me by a friend who vouched for their dealership. The staff was very friendly and agreeable and I had a good experience until the actual repairs were supposed to take place. I made an appointment to take the vehicle in and was told that even though I had waited to bring the vehicle in for my appointment date, the vehicle would not be worked on until the following Monday because of service back up. This happened each time I brought the vehicle and where normally I would either call or go to the dealership and explain my issue and make an appointment to bring the vehicle in only to bring the vehicle in on the appointment date and be told that the vehicle would not be worked on for several more days or a week. Being that this is my only vehicle, I need to rent a rental car each time I drop it off. The vehicle was under warranty the first time I had the issue addressed at the first dealership where they refuse to fix it and the staff at Hendrick was understanding and after some weeks of negotiation with an unknown third-party, agreed to Goodwill the repair since the issue was documented while the vehicle was under warranty. After I drop the vehicle off and picked it back up the issue with the transmission persisted. I am hesitant to bring the vehicle back in again due to the lengthy service times and the need for a rental car which is not covered by the dealership due to the vehicle not currently being under warranty. Overall I would give the actual service of the vehicle one star but the staff at the dealership five stars. I have no complaints with their Customer Service, only the lack of actually fixing my vehicle after the issue was addressed. More

Tried to pay for my truck and they would only take cash??!! I’m at a loss they have virtually no structure nobody who works there will help you with ANYTHING even when you have a fist full of cash. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else I could only imagine how shady the sales people are More
