Signed paperwork 7/8/19, did not get our truck until 7/12/19. Was told many lies on delivery from the get go! Was told from Finance guy Steve & our sales Jeremy, that within 1st 30 days of purchase, any problems we will take care of. Had our truck 5 days & the front end started sounding like it was falling out & the front was squeaking every bump that was hit. We had our truck hmm maybe 5 days, dropped it off for them to tell us we needed wheel spacers!! So they put spacers on the front & at the time refused to put them on the back. Truck looked ridiculous. We went home, noise still there, had truck 3 days took it back for same issue. This time they say its the leveling kit that was already on the truck @ time of purchase. SOOOO they lower the front of the truck, SO now we have another problem the wheels are scrubbing! We call Maurice, leave 5 voicemails, we have yet to hear from that man. Long story short they had our truck 37 days!! We had it in our possession a total of 8 days on and off. We have now our bank involved along with the banks consumer compliance dept, I reached out to Mopar as well. During this time Scott Reed was notified, he said that truck will be repaired correctly & he will take care of 1st payment. Here we are 8/28/19, we got the truck back on 8/26/19 & we have yet to see our first payment thru the mail. I have emailed over and over again, just to get no response. The service manager, Darrell, is probably the rudest ever & I honestly believe their service dept has no CLUE what their doing. Yesterday 8/27/19, guess what. We're back to square one, the noise has resurfaced!!!! I would NOT EVER EVER recommend this place, not only for sales for especially not their d@#@ service dept. They waste your time & pretty much talk to their customers like they're stupid. My next step is reaching out to Silverbach Law Firm. SO CUSTOMERS BEWARE. More
