Customer Service Experience - Service Center Overall, not a bad experience. I called the day before, and made an appointment, and that process was super easy. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Overall, not a bad experience. I called the day before, and made an appointment, and that process was super easy. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Dustin (I believe that was his name). He not only helped me get put in the system, but he explained how the A/C system worked in my new car; that was impressive! After getting checked in, Dustin let me know that it would take about an hour for them to do my oil change and such. After an hour, no one came to get me, so I waited for another 30 minutes. I finally stepped out on the service platform, and spoke with a gentleman (can’t remember his name) and asked about my car. He pulled me up and told me it just got done not too long ago. He checked me out, and I left. I waited a little longer than anticipated for my oil change, but it wasn’t a huge deal since I wasn’t in a rush. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and nice. The only reason I gave this review a four was because the additional wait time and no one coming to get me. More

Amazing I went to the store looking for a Jeep Wrangler, but it was out of my price range. But they didn’t give up. They showed me cars and I found this little Toyota Camry sport I fell in love with. My sales associates Zack, Gerardo were awesome and so friendly.
