What’s the point of scheduling an appointment? I scheduled an appointment to have my Cherokee serviced for a service shifter error, which is a well known issue. After dropping my vehicle off Monday I scheduled an appointment to have my Cherokee serviced for a service shifter error, which is a well known issue. After dropping my vehicle off Monday morning, I was told they couldn’t get to diagnostic until the text day. Once that was done they needed to order a replacement part, which they didn’t have on hand. The part didn’t arrive until Thursday morning and completed Thursday afternoon. I was happy they completed the job quickly from that point, however what was the point of scheduling an appointment if they couldn’t get a diagnostic completed that same day? If I knew it would’ve taken that long I would’ve gone somewhere else More

Get the work done, just hard to contact It is near impossible to get a hold of the service department, leave multiple messages (Lance's voicemail it goes to) and no return calls and no answe It is near impossible to get a hold of the service department, leave multiple messages (Lance's voicemail it goes to) and no return calls and no answer to emails. Dropping off and picking up are easy but they ignored my notes on my service request to look at other items again just showing that they do not use their email or website services very much I am assuming. Better to walk in and speak with someone. More
