Going forward. I had an ok experience. The only thing I would recommend is for improvement on communication. Rarely did I receive a call or an update on my car, whic I had an ok experience. But when I called and needed help they were able to provide me with the answers (most of the time). I honestly wished the communication was a lot better with the team. I felt like the service advisor and the technician rarely communicated. When I called to see what was taking so long on my car I was told the technician does have other cars he is working on, and I did not feel like a priority since my car has been there for about a month. I felt lied to about the due and felt like there was no incentive to repair my car. Also, for a short time period I had no idea I had a new service advisor, and that could of been avoided by simply calling and saying “hey I’m so and so and I’m your new service advisor if you have any questions please give me a call at...” Going forward I would say to improve in your communication with your client. Lastly, whenever the front desk would put me on hold to transfer me, it would take forever! Then the same person would pick up the phone and say “thank you for calling dodge... how may I help you” when I already have been on hold for 10 minutes. What are you doing back there?
