Disappointing The communication was terrible. I had to call and check up on my vehicle in order to know what was going on. I couldn’t take advantage of the rental t The communication was terrible. I couldn’t take advantage of the rental that was offered by insurance due to the department giving false time estimates of completion. Next day pick up time turned into 5 days. The staff refused to let me speak to management. When I picked up my car there were new issues that weren’t present before. Makes me question the quality/knowledge of work done. Horrible experience. Another dodge dealership's service department, at my travel destination, had to inspect and tighten all the loose lug nuts and reattach the one I found on the ground and I had to buy one for them to replace the one lost in transist. I am not happy that I was sent on my way in what I've been told was precarious dangerous situation. More

Problem not fixed. I brought my daughters car in diagnose check engine light so we could get her tag. After 8 days they called to say it was fixed , drove to emissions p I brought my daughters car in diagnose check engine light so we could get her tag. After 8 days they called to say it was fixed , drove to emissions place only for the check engine light to come back on. Failed emissions, took the car back within 1 hour after I picked it up. 6 days later, still not hearing from anyone, we drove the the dealership to get the car and take it some where else. Still, 2 weeks later, no one has contacted us. I left 2 messages before picking the car up with no return call from anyone. More
