Very bad experience I was in for service any my car is under warranty! They had my Jeep for 6 days and I was not offer a loaner so I had to call friends and borrow a car I was in for service any my car is under warranty! They had my Jeep for 6 days and I was not offer a loaner so I had to call friends and borrow a car to go to church! I felt like was because I was under warranty, but when I got the warranty I guess it’s ok to get paid then but if you have to use it it’s a problem! I was about to call Chrysler Corporate and file a complaint! This was a horrible experience! More

Disappointing The communication was terrible. I had to call and check up on my vehicle in order to know what was going on. I couldn’t take advantage of the rental t The communication was terrible. I couldn’t take advantage of the rental that was offered by insurance due to the department giving false time estimates of completion. Next day pick up time turned into 5 days. The staff refused to let me speak to management. When I picked up my car there were new issues that weren’t present before. Makes me question the quality/knowledge of work done. Horrible experience. Another dodge dealership's service department, at my travel destination, had to inspect and tighten all the loose lug nuts and reattach the one I found on the ground and I had to buy one for them to replace the one lost in transist. I am not happy that I was sent on my way in what I've been told was precarious dangerous situation. More
