Okay overall We continue to come back to Hendricks only because of our warranty and Heather. Every time I am there it appears that she is the only one actually wor We continue to come back to Hendricks only because of our warranty and Heather. Every time I am there it appears that she is the only one actually working and helping customers. She always goes above and beyond for us and helps to ensure that everything is completed to our satisfaction. No one else there has been remotely helpful. The work done in the service department is fine...nothing special but they get the work done. I’m not sure if that’s how they just are or if it’s because our service advisor is always on them for us. Very frustrated and unhappy Four hours to diagnose an air conditioning problem and had the car for three days. Would not give me a loaner. Several months earlier I spent $1500 getting the a/c fixed. Now another $550. Asked for a little consideration on the final bill and did not get any. More
Get better customer service I’ve came to this dealership a total of 3 times and each time I’ve been there I have had the WORST customer service. No one even introduces their self I’ve came to this dealership a total of 3 times and each time I’ve been there I have had the WORST customer service. No one even introduces their self. Made an appointment had to wait over 15 minutes to get checked in , waited an hour for a shuttle that’s suppose to run every 30 minutes, getting in my car and no sticker for the mileage and when I should return and lastly waiting for my car after I’ve paid for the service to be brought up for me to leave. it’s always the excuse that they’re short staffed or someone is on break. It’s the biggest inconvenience and i will not be back. More
Poor Customer Service I’ve have had my car serviced at with this dealership for the past 3 years but now it seems that customer service has declined. I had my car serviced I’ve have had my car serviced at with this dealership for the past 3 years but now it seems that customer service has declined. I had my car serviced for a battery replacement and asked for a diagnostic check also. I was called by the service rep the same day (after 5pm) and told that my car was ready for pick-up. When I went the next day to pick-up my car, I asked if the diagnostic test showed anything and his reply was “No, everything is fine”. So I paid and got in my vehicle. When I started the engine, I noticed that the engine light was on (it was not on before I bought the car in for service). I asked the service rep about it and he looked at my paperwork and said, “oh yeah, the mechanic mentioned that”... then the mechanic walks up and says, “did you tell her about the worn brake pads?” And that’s when I say, “No sir, he did not” My frustration is that my car could have been completely serviced for ALL the necessary work in one trip. If I was told before payment about these other issues, I could have planned to keep my rental car longer. So instead of leaving my car there, I took my car to more reputable mechanic. You have lost a valuable customer. I was planning to purchase a vehicle at this location later in the year, but now I will take my money elsewhere. More
