Get better customer service I’ve came to this dealership a total of 3 times and each time I’ve been there I have had the WORST customer service. No one even introduces their self I’ve came to this dealership a total of 3 times and each time I’ve been there I have had the WORST customer service. No one even introduces their self. Made an appointment had to wait over 15 minutes to get checked in , waited an hour for a shuttle that’s suppose to run every 30 minutes, getting in my car and no sticker for the mileage and when I should return and lastly waiting for my car after I’ve paid for the service to be brought up for me to leave. it’s always the excuse that they’re short staffed or someone is on break. It’s the biggest inconvenience and i will not be back. More
Poor Customer Service I’ve have had my car serviced at with this dealership for the past 3 years but now it seems that customer service has declined. I had my car serviced I’ve have had my car serviced at with this dealership for the past 3 years but now it seems that customer service has declined. I had my car serviced for a battery replacement and asked for a diagnostic check also. I was called by the service rep the same day (after 5pm) and told that my car was ready for pick-up. When I went the next day to pick-up my car, I asked if the diagnostic test showed anything and his reply was “No, everything is fine”. So I paid and got in my vehicle. When I started the engine, I noticed that the engine light was on (it was not on before I bought the car in for service). I asked the service rep about it and he looked at my paperwork and said, “oh yeah, the mechanic mentioned that”... then the mechanic walks up and says, “did you tell her about the worn brake pads?” And that’s when I say, “No sir, he did not” My frustration is that my car could have been completely serviced for ALL the necessary work in one trip. If I was told before payment about these other issues, I could have planned to keep my rental car longer. So instead of leaving my car there, I took my car to more reputable mechanic. You have lost a valuable customer. I was planning to purchase a vehicle at this location later in the year, but now I will take my money elsewhere. More

Scheduled an appointment for 8 am, didnt leave until noon Had a good buying experience and then i brought the truck back for its first oil change and tire rotation per my maintenance contract.... made an appo Had a good buying experience and then i brought the truck back for its first oil change and tire rotation per my maintenance contract.... made an appointment for 8am a couple of weeks in advance, did not leave until almost noon. The service department quoted me under an hour at most so i chose to wait. It was not until i went and asked the service advisor at 10:50 that they even took my truck back for the service. And then when my truck was “ready” they had not even rotated the tires and had to take it back again. When i got my truck back there were oily handprints all down the bedside and on the back doors. Terrible experience. Was extremely late to the next thing planned in my day and wasted my entire saturday morning and afternoon for nothing. Specifically made the appointment early in the morning so it would not waste my entire day. More

However, upon arrival I was quickly greeted and seated with Mr. Hawkins who promised to take care of me. I some financial challenges to overcome to make this happen, but the team was patient and persistent. I ended up with payments a little higher than I’d liked but I was provided a solution for that down the line as well. A great team of people! More
