Scheduled an appointment for 8 am, didnt leave until noon Had a good buying experience and then i brought the truck back for its first oil change and tire rotation per my maintenance contract.... made an appo Had a good buying experience and then i brought the truck back for its first oil change and tire rotation per my maintenance contract.... made an appointment for 8am a couple of weeks in advance, did not leave until almost noon. The service department quoted me under an hour at most so i chose to wait. It was not until i went and asked the service advisor at 10:50 that they even took my truck back for the service. And then when my truck was “ready” they had not even rotated the tires and had to take it back again. When i got my truck back there were oily handprints all down the bedside and on the back doors. Terrible experience. Was extremely late to the next thing planned in my day and wasted my entire saturday morning and afternoon for nothing. Specifically made the appointment early in the morning so it would not waste my entire day. More

However, upon arrival I was quickly greeted and seated with Mr. Hawkins who promised to take care of me. I some financial challenges to overcome to make this happen, but the team was patient and persistent. I ended up with payments a little higher than I’d liked but I was provided a solution for that down the line as well. A great team of people! More

Cheating Your Customers and make them wait We purchased the oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection program up front. Work order said all work performed but technician had told m We purchased the oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection program up front. Work order said all work performed but technician had told me no rotation was done, when I questioned Darrell Wilson service manager about this he said as usual oh I’m sorry. I demanded a revised service order that said it wasn’t done and that I did not turn down service which technician stated I did. Price stayed the same but work not done also now tires are not being rotated as the suggest maybe causing excessive tire wear so you need to buy tires sooner. Waited over 2 hours just to get oil changed and Darrell wrote me a nice apology letter stating if there was any thing I needed just let him know. 3rd time he’s wrote that to me and he has done nothing we asked. Cooperate Chad Woods still owes me a $50 gas card for all their screw ups ( been waiting 3 months no card yet). All he says is you know we have over 120 dealerships and growing well so was Toys R Us and where are they now. Can’t believe Mr Hendricks let’s his name be abused and no action taken. More
