Work order said all work performed but technician had told m We purchased the oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection program up front. Work order said all work performed but technician had told me no rotation was done, when I questioned Darrell Wilson service manager about this he said as usual oh I’m sorry. I demanded a revised service order that said it wasn’t done and that I did not turn down service which technician stated I did. Price stayed the same but work not done also now tires are not being rotated as the suggest maybe causing excessive tire wear so you need to buy tires sooner. Waited over 2 hours just to get oil changed and Darrell wrote me a nice apology letter stating if there was any thing I needed just let him know. 3rd time he’s wrote that to me and he has done nothing we asked. Cooperate Chad Woods still owes me a $50 gas card for all their screw ups ( been waiting 3 months no card yet). All he says is you know we have over 120 dealerships and growing well so was Toys R Us and where are they now. Can’t believe Mr Hendricks let’s his name be abused and no action taken. More

The cabin air filter is a washable K&N filter, which was washed 3 days before. In case the engine air filter was meant to be said, even that is a K&N filter, installed by the Hendrick dealer in Alabama, where the car was purchased. It’s good if there are recommendations but really they should be backed up with actual inspection. More

Oil Change Experience and Tire Rotation This has been the worst experience I've had since I bought my truck. This Dodge dealership has been the only one servicing my vehicle. I've had great service in the past, but it seems like since I waited on my truck NOTHING went right. For starters, I left the dealership to head to work and saw smoke in my rearview when I got on I-85. Thought it was another vehicle being that mines just got serviced. So I kept driving and realized when I drive over 70miles the smoke got thicker. Realizing that this was my truck, I turned around and brought it back. During this time the engine light came on, as well as the low oil pressure light. Finding out that the oil was leaking onto the engine. Got an apology and was there for an additional almost 2 hours. Now... I'm in a situation whereas the key for my wheel (rim) was not put back into my vehicle during my Friday visit. I was traveling on Saturday (6/29) to Charleston, SC when I received a flat on I-20 (Aiken). No one was able to assist due to this particular type of key, in which I'm also missing my front passenger socket (lock) as well. I've contacted every towing agency, auto parts store, and roadside assistance. This caused me to get a hotel room at some nasty location being that I was stranded with my 3 daughters. I had to get a room for a 2nd night being that the service department doesn't open until Monday morning. Please advise... More
