Much Appreciated I came in for an oil change initially but while I was there, I decided to have the issue of my brakes squeaking as well. I spoke with Kenneth Coggins I came in for an oil change initially but while I was there, I decided to have the issue of my brakes squeaking as well. I spoke with Kenneth Coggins and he assured me that they would look into it. The actual service tech's name was Ali. Ali was very informative, attentive, and efficient in not only completing the oil change but he also correctly mounted a tire on my car that had been put on my car inside out by another service center. He advised that the parts needed to address the brake issue are on backorder. With that being the case, I would have to wait in order to get the parts replaced. He stated the issue may resolve itself by then. I agreed to wait it out a little longer, but if the problem persists, I would contact them again. He was cool with that. After the work was performed by Ali, Kenneth wrote up the paperwork and was very reassuring on taking care of the brake issue of it continues to occur. I really appreciate everyone addressing my concerns in the manner they did. Great job! More
