Wasted money charge me 2hrs for service when it only take a hour I know because for one I ask a service after the fact. Then I drove almost 2hrs back home when the same situation accord, I drive back to dealership for you all to tell me to leave over night i can’t find a ride then I tell them to redo what they did just so I can make it home just to find out they charge me again 1hr service for the same thing they did for 2hours. First they said it wouldn’t work need to ru something else. so basically i spent $450 when it should’ve been $150. Not to mention the second time it work perfectly so why it couldn’t been handle right the first time makes me think it was done purposely.. the customers service is ok but the service in it self is not good at all.. I will not be returning at all.. More

I was given an estimate of how long it might take as I dropped the car off and what I experienced from a timing persp The service I received was good. My only complaint was that I gave the service person the history behind the issue I was having and what was replaced prior to my move to Atlanta about 7 weeks ago. I also provided the dealer information where the initial repair was done in Illinois along with their contact information. I also commented that the vehicle was under extended warranty. When I received the price estimate for the repair, it was MUCH higher than expected. I had to call the service person back, remind him of the extended warranty and provide the warranty companies name and phone number. That solved my issue with the cost of the repair. More
