Follow-through falls short Bought a used Toyota and it took 3 hours to get paperwork wrapped—even with credit union loan in hand! Still do not have these items, 6 days later, even after talking to sales person, who said her job was done, and the finance man, who passed me on to sales manager, who never returned my call. Lesson learned? Buy a Toyota at the Toyota dealer! More

SAME DAY, NO APPT, NO PROBLEM! I inadvertently scheduled my appointment with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Upon my arrival, I knew it was the wrong dealership based on the exterior facad I inadvertently scheduled my appointment with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Upon my arrival, I knew it was the wrong dealership based on the exterior facade of the edifice. I said, “what the heck? It’s RH, I only need an oil change.” When the service writer approached my car, I explained what I had done and inquired if they could do an oil change on my Chrysler. He looked at the mileage of my vehicle and said you may want to go to Chrysler, it will be 2.5 hours. ???with an appointment??? I was disappointed with the response..it was my day off. I proceeded to GPS RHCDJR. Upon my arrival I was greeted and assured someone would be happy to assist. A tall gentleman approached a few minutes later, I shared with him my story, he responded “No Problem, it may be 1.5 hours is that okay?” I was truly satisfied and appreciated the timely, thorough service. I will never make the mistake and book elsewhere again! Rick Hendrick CDJR on Pleasantville Rd are real VIPs! More

All about a CSI score Jeep went in for chips in windshield (8-10), light bar not functioning, and seam on soft top coming apart. We were called by the finance manager and had to go to the dealership to sign a new payoff sheet for our trade, while we were there we asked the head of sales about our light bar not working and the chips in the windshield and about the convertible hard top that was advertised with our Jeep. He explained that he knew nothing about a hard top and that basically he could legally change the listing price or anything and we couldn’t do anything about it, then he came out to look and he said he couldn’t tell about the chips so he had Daryll come out and look and he said no the weren’t filled and we needed to bring the Jeep in. We took it in the next Tuesday about 1:30 pm for Wednesday appointment and Rich wrote the three items up and said he would be in touch. After not hearing anything I called him and he said the windshield guy was finishing up and then they would start on the other two items, I explained that I would be there at 6 pm to pick up the Jeep as I was told. We went over at 6 and you could still see some of the chips weren’t fixed, I said how could they say it was fixed and the windshield wasn’t even clean they just did what they supposedly saw. We went into the dealership and talked to the manager in charge (I believe his name was Rick) and all he could say was oh well (not interested since the sale had been made and money was in the bank). I asked to speak to the general manager and he wasn’t in supposedly. So I waited until about noon and called Hendricks Cooperate and the sent me to Chad Woods voice mail. After no call from anybody I called Mr Woods the next afternoon and again left a voicemail. About 30 minutes later he returned my call and I explained the whole situation and he said he would be back in touch. He told me that Daryll from the dealership would be in touch. He called and said bring it in next Week and see Rob and we would get everything we were owed. I took it in that Monday and Rob wasn’t there or Daryll and nobody knew anything about us coming in. Lance wrote up the new ticket. I explained to him that they were suppose to fill my tank (only 62 miles when we bought the Jeep) and to see about the convertible hard top. I was called Tuesday afternoon by Rob and once again told that nothing was done that my Jeep was being sent somewhere to have the light bar checked and stitching done,I said I was coming to get the Jeep because I had to have something to drive he said he would arrange a vehicle for me to drive. We went back and forth until Friday when he said to come look at The windshield and see what I thought. I went over and there was 3 large chips in front of the driver that looked horrible, Rob said I didn’t think you would be satisfied, I said no safelite recommends replacing if more than 3 chips. He said I tell you what “I will replace your windshield if you give us a good CSI score” I said ok. When I go in the next Monday to pick up the Jeep Rob won’t come out and deliver it but he gives Lance the keys to do it (he didn’t want to face me because he thought he was pulling a fast one on us.) The Jeep is a Rubicon and he put some cheap generic windshield in instead of the OEM Rubicon windshield. I said I was going to see the GM about the problem. Todd came out and took me into his office. I went through all that had happened and he tried to make some lame joke about a lady and how she had a Rubicon and was tickled with the cheap replacement windshield she got. That’s when I got up and said I would get with Chad. I called Chad and the next day he called me back and said that Rob was not looking out for the customer but only a CSI score and said that’s not the way it works and was going to have a round table with Robs boss and some others and get back with me. I called Chad this am and got voice mail still no call back but immediately got this review to write. Sorry I ever got hooked up with this outfit no body including cooperate communicates or calls you back and all of a sudden we get a not from Todd Reed GM thanking us for our business. More
