Worst car lot ever!!!! This dealership is a joke!!! I drove 2 hours 48 mins to purchase a car CASH!!! And when I got there the bumper was dented and all rims were scraped up This dealership is a joke!!! I drove 2 hours 48 mins to purchase a car CASH!!! And when I got there the bumper was dented and all rims were scraped up even 1 was discolored. Aerio was suppose to be a manager to help us but he had a very nasty attitude and even kept walking when my husband was calling him!!!! Areio didn’t want to come down off the price at all and even said I will refund your money since I paid 1000 over the phone to secure the car. Before leaving my salesman spoke with another manager kwanzie which was very nice and wanted us to be happy since we drove so far and this wasn’t my fault. I was very pleased with Kwanzie’s attitude and how he kept working till we all were happy!!! Even tho I have to take that drive again I’m so happy Kwanzie was able to help with this situation!!!! He needs to be at another more knowledgeable company!!!! These people’s story change every time u speak with someone else! More

service is still bad, parts dept. is still good Called to see if service had time to cut/program a key, they said yes. Showed up as a waiter, it took 2.5 hours to complete the work. First update that the work was not done was at 1 hr and 45min. I work at another dealer, we can complete the same job in 30min or less. I stopped by parts to purchase something for my personal vehicle. Parts is always fast and has good customer service. More
