Felt like I was just a sale # Long story short we purchased vehicle on a Thursday night and Friday morning I had issue with vehicle. I went back to the dealership, sales rep Eric Long story short we purchased vehicle on a Thursday night and Friday morning I had issue with vehicle. I went back to the dealership, sales rep Eric Nunez, greeted me nonchalantly- he was sitting at a corner desk conversating with a co-worker . I told him about my problem. He told me I had to take it to the service center, he was no help. He basically told me he wouldn't be able to take it to the service center because there would not be any urgency if he took it, there is more urgency if I as a customer took vehicle. Once at the service center(Rich had Eric take my vehicle to the service center) I asked Heather if I could get a loaner (note I was on my lunch break and had to return to an employee meeting) she told me she was out of loaners and that Eric was working that out for me. After waiting for a good 10 minutes in the lobby I went back to Eric and inquired about loaner. He had no idea about getting me a loaner. His words were something like-- oh I had no idea I was getting you a loaner I can't assist you right now I'm with another customer. A couple of sales reps noticed I was upset finally got things going and to end this Eric finally got me a loaner that had no gas... when I say no gas the gas light was on!!! Yep not a great experience overall... If anyone really does read this I would like to give a special thanks to Rich (manager) McDaniel from the finance department Taylor sells representative for stepping in and trying to help me out. More

I gave the overall company 4 stars because the spare key to my new vehicle was missing and I had to wait almost an hour for them to locate the key but they never did. Other than the long wait to get to finance and the lost key, the dealership was great. I would highly recommend, just speed up the wait time to finance and have the vehicles already gassed up and ready once you leave financing. More
