I have had some minor issues and have had estimates from other places but I have stuck with this dealership because I know that Lance will take care of me. It's hard to find a person like him. However, you must voice your concerns on matter how little or else your advisor cannot help you. Better sooner than later. Don't let your advisor try to figure it out by himself. Do your due diligence and gather or provide info asap to your advisor when you have a concern or it will be too late. Thanks Lance. More
