I will not be back - salesman was not honest I did not appreciate that Brandon dug into my engine to find a potential problem to upsell me service. Especially since the problem he found was with I did not appreciate that Brandon dug into my engine to find a potential problem to upsell me service. Especially since the problem he found was with service from another dealership. Additionally I don’t appreciate that he tried to sell me power steering fluid/flush when the other dealership has told me I don’t need it because I have electric power steering. Ultimately I will not visit this service center again because I feel like he was trying to take advantage of my limited knowledge of cars and sell me service to meet a personal quota or get a bonus — all around bad form. Not Happy This dealership is convenient because of distance. I would love to show more support in referring people but the experiences I've had were not good. I just recently brought the vehicle in for a routine oil change and made my service tech aware that my engine light was on. She stated that they're behind on diagnostic she would put me on the schedule for the following week. That it should be fine to drive if its has mobility and not giving me any issues. One of your sales team saw how worried I was then said I could go to Auto Zone to get the codes in the meantime to put my mind at ease. I come back the following week to the same service tech she had not put me on the schedule nor couldn't remember ever speaking to me. Then continue to say the same script.... well we are behind on diagnostic even if you had an appointment it's going be two day wait. I asked if there was another dealership I could go to that could expedite my diagnostic she replied I'm sure those places have longer wait time then us. But you're welcome to call around or leave the car with us we will try to get to it in two days. Long story short I was force to leave the vehicle and get a rental. I have to take my child to school and work. It would've been nice if my service tech followed through with putting on the schedule so I could have been more prepared for leaving my vehicle. It made me feel like she was telling me anything to get me out the way and save face. More
