Horrible service I was outta town and need a oil change to drive back home . After I waited 2hours for my oil to be changed. I drove my car back to my hotel and did a I was outta town and need a oil change to drive back home . After I waited 2hours for my oil to be changed. I drove my car back to my hotel and did a pre trip inspection on my vehicle only to find out that dip stick was missing and oil was everywhere. I drove back to the dealership they found my dipstick then offered to clean my vehicle/engine due to oil being everywhere. I was ensured it wouldn’t take that long I had my 2dogs and it was cold outside. long story short we waited in the cold for a hour and a half just for them to wash the outside of my vehicle. They never even washed my engine because oil was still everywhere under my hood. I will never visit this dealership . More

Service when they get around to it. Went in to pick up a second key which hadn't been included in our recent vehicle purchase. Had to reschedule several times because this apparently req Went in to pick up a second key which hadn't been included in our recent vehicle purchase. Had to reschedule several times because this apparently requires a two hour appointment. Showed up for the appointment, dropped of the key and took a seat in the waiting room. Three and a half hours later, the service department is shutting down for the night and I overhear someone talking about the fact that some guy is going to want his truck back before they lock up. I speak up and point out that I would also like my car back before they close up shop for the day. I get confused stares and no one has any idea why I am even there or where my car is. I was simply forgotten and left waiting for over 3 hours. To their credit they did provide me a loaner for the night and got me a key the next day, and they have offered me a free oil change. Regardless though, I am reluctant to hand over my keys again given the apparent disorganization and wildly long wait times for seemingly simple tasks. I am STILL unclear why it takes a minimum of two hours to assign a key fob to any vehicle. More
