Took my car in to Rick Hendricks dealer for free replacement. Shekar was very helpful in assisting me with reassessing the issue, then setting up an appointment to correct the problem. He informed me about the part then promptly scheduled an appointment according to my schedule. I called before my appointment time to ensure part was delivered to dealership. Shekar confirmed that the part was available and at the dealership as promised. I arrived several hours before time and Shekar arranged for a shuttle to return me to work. After the work was completed, he arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. Great courtesy call. The service department also checked for other issues by doing a complimentary multipoint service assessment. Good deal. Overall, I thought Shekar provided great customer service with attention to detail. More

Cracked my windshield on my new truck while having step rails put on, then just sealed the windshield , they thought that was “good enough”. We have bought 3 previous vehicles from Rick Hendrick of Buford, that was the BEST car buying experiences ever. But buying from Rick Hendrick CDJR of Duluth was the WORST car buying experience ever We will never buy from this dealership evwe again. The dealership went through a different finance company, thus causing my monthly payments being more than agreed upon. The dealership bought my 2014 Ram from me. However, over a month later I am receiving late notices and late fees because they have yet to send a check paying off the truck they bought from me. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford and it was all a great experience. This is the 1st and will definitely be the last time I have purchased anything from Rick Hendrick Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Duluth. More
