Disappointment Happy with the Jeep Wrangler purchase but extremely disappointed that at the very last moment when the sales person walked me to the vehicle, I was ve Happy with the Jeep Wrangler purchase but extremely disappointed that at the very last moment when the sales person walked me to the vehicle, I was very surprised to be handed one key. When I asked where the other key was, he said there wasn’t one but he could get me one but I’d have to pay for it. What? I just spent over $42,000 on a 2018 Rubicon with 1,200 miles on it and only 1 key? Surely Rick Hendrick will uphold his high ethical standard and provide a 2nd key. Any customer would expect that but I feel like this dealership was simply being cheap. Oh, and I didn’t mention I had to immediately fill the vehicle with fuel as the tank was empty. Don’t reputable dealerships fill the tank? Stay away from this dealership. It certainly is not managed to the high standards of the Hendrick Automotive Group. More

Got the Jeep I wanted for the Price I wanted Kneico Daniel's was AWESOME! We got there later at night but he never seemed like he was trying to rush us or make us wait until the next day and my Kneico Daniel's was AWESOME!
