Impersonal service I brought in a used car from a smaller dealer for a 2 hr inspection to see if it was worth buying. I walked away feeling like I didn’t know anything more than I did when I got there. The inspection report said the radio didn’t work and that the engine smelled of oil, but I was able to turn the radio on as soon as I was inside the car to leave and I never smelled oil in the two times I test drive the vehicle. I was handed a piece of paper and sent me on my way without anyone really taking a moment to talk to me about what I may want to consider or anyone showing me what I might need to look for or watch should I decide to buy the car. I walked away feeling like I was more suspicious of the service center than I was of the vehicle I brought in for inspection. More

I was given the run around. Went to pick up spare key and mats that a sister dealer owed me from previous auto purchase. “You’ll be in and out, you’re already set up and the are Went to pick up spare key and mats that a sister dealer owed me from previous auto purchase. “You’ll be in and out, you’re already set up and the are waiting on you” .. not the case. “The mats are there for pick up”... had to pull from a car on the lot. “Key fob will be made and programmed” only receive half of the key. Purchased an R/T but received standard mats, had to verify at another dealership. Just not the best service after being referred by a sister dealer. More
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER We bought a new truck on Sunday February 24th 2019. Ruben was our sales person. He never bothered to tell us we couldn't test drive the vehicle unti We bought a new truck on Sunday February 24th 2019. Ruben was our sales person. He never bothered to tell us we couldn't test drive the vehicle until we was sitting in it and asked if we could go for a test drive. He said we couldn't because they were having safety inspections. We got to drive it around the lot only. He also had told me secretly to ask for free step rails and most likely they will give them to me to make the sale, but that didn't happen. We then went to another lot to see other trucks, he didn't know where the other lot was but he finally found it and as we were on our way over there my husband and I asked him some questions. Does the truck we looked at have GPS - his answer was yes (it does not), Are there any recalls on Ram trucks - his answer no (there was.) Got back to the dealer and was told we can't even take the vehicle today. We really liked the vehicle so we decided to try for it anyway. Ruben told us he would bring it to our job on Monday. Our finance person, Mrs Love, had no personality until it came to trying to upsell us to the ext warranties then she made me feel like I was stupid. Guess she didn't know we weren't taking the truck until after signing most of the paperwork because then we told her and she stopped and said ok I will have Ruben bring everything to you tomorrow at least what is left to sign. Once she got everything back she would email me all the paperwork. To this day, March 2nd I still have nothing. She then said ok thank you and we left. Got a phone call from Ruben about 10 -15 minutes after we left and was already on 85 and said you weren't supposed to leave, you were supposed to take one of our cars and leave your trade in, NO ONE TOLD US THIS. We turned around went back to get the loaner. The loaner was disgusting, reaked of smoke which they try to mask and it worked for a little bit but not long. Monday came and guess what we had to call Ruben to find out what was going on. Not getting a truck today he said because, this is when we found out that there is a recall on the truck, the part didn't come in for the recall (air bag). My husband spoke to one of the managers and he said the part should be in as they tracked the package and it should be there Monday afternoon. Well we couldn't get the truck on Monday now they say Tuesday, part didn't come in. I asked about the step rails and if they could install them but he said we had to wait for them to get them as they ordered them and someone would call us to set up an appt and that is was quick and we could do it on a Saturday. Wrong again, when the guy called me to make the apt on Thursday I believe, he said they don't work on Saturday. I asked Ruben about this and he said don't worry I will make you first on Monday. Ruben kept telling me he would call me back on issues and never did and was making up answers as he went along. We had to call him again on Tuesday see if they got what they needed instead of him keeping us in the loop. On Tuesday I had to call him to find out what was going on he said they got the part and he asked what time can he deliver the truck. I explained we needed it by 3 he said ok. A little after 3 he called me to say he forgot the paperwork and had to turn around. Didn't get to us until after 4 and he had no clue about any questions we had and didn't really even know where and what we were supposed to sign. When my husband dropped off the truck on Monday to get side rails installed we thought it would be early in and out, wrong again, he finally had to call them in the afternoon and the guy that installs them hadn't even made it in yet. He didn't get picked up until 6pm to go get it. Quite honestly there is probably more but I have spent enough of my time having to explain the reasons that we will be sending a complaint to the BBB about your company and possibly the Attorney General as to why I would never purchase another vehicle or reccomend your dealership to anyone. More
