Friendly, prompt, informative Heather was very friendly and displayed excellent customer service. I also inquired about tires and she took the time to explain tread life and depth Heather was very friendly and displayed excellent customer service. Service man informed me of the need to have my oil container flushed, or something like that, but didn't give any pressure to have it done immediately ( no haggle) and also said my car was in great condition. 2014 nissan armada Poor customer service. I brought a 2014 Nissan Armada from them and it was basically a lemon. I had to call headquarters to get stuff done. The engine Poor customer service. I brought a 2014 Nissan Armada from them and it was basically a lemon. I had to call headquarters to get stuff done. The engine was slugged. It took 5 times for the vehicle to be reapaired totally. After the engine was put the car had to be repaired agian. It was a nightmare dealing with this company. My sales guy Brion was excellent. More
