Service was the worst experience I have ever had. The service department was such a horrible experience. They had my vehicle for a whole week before they decided to tell me they didn't have the part. The service department was such a horrible experience. They had my vehicle for a whole week before they decided to tell me they didn't have the part. When the part came in, they ended up working on the wrong side and decided to do unauthorized work, that turned out not being the problem. They are always short staffed so if they tell you a day to complete work, it takes a week. I didn't like the fact that they did not communicate with me before they decided to remove/take parts from my vehicle. More
