Great service Had an oil change and tire rotation and rebalance performed. Unfortunately, one of the tires wouldn’t/couldn’t be balanced. The tech took extra time t Had an oil change and tire rotation and rebalance performed. Unfortunately, one of the tires wouldn’t/couldn’t be balanced. The tech took extra time to try and fix the problem (tire had to be replaced). I was kept up to date throughout the entire service. Can’t ask for more than great effort, communication and end the end, a happy customer. More

Amazing service Denise was awesome. She welcomed me, Answered my questions, and was anxious to make sure my concerns were addressed with the mechanic. Ella, the mecha Denise was awesome. She welcomed me, Answered my questions, and was anxious to make sure my concerns were addressed with the mechanic. Ella, the mechanic, introduced himself and said he would be working on my vehicle. I told him I was concerned about my tires. In a few minutes he came out and told me that my car was in good shape and he discuss the details of my tires. He explained what my future concerns should be and he introduced other products that were available. He was extremely personable and I completely trusted what he said. I would definitely recommend this Service department. More

Horrible and hurtful I feel customer service made up a bogus out of warranty fee so I would come out of pocket and they wouldn’t have to cover the charges. They also kep I feel customer service made up a bogus out of warranty fee so I would come out of pocket and they wouldn’t have to cover the charges. They also kept my car for 3 extra days which resulted in extra fees for me. I don’t keep papers in my dashboard so I don’t see how a paper clip would result in the malfunction of my cooling and heating system. I’m very disappointed and I will not purchased another Chrysler/Jeep car again. More
