Bad customer service Went to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. Was running an errand and realized the tires had not been rotated. I went back and told them they hadn't rotated the tires and they immediately asked me how I knew they hadn't done it. I was told I would have to wait and for the inconvenience they offered a free detail for the car. I didn't complain about the wait but when I did finally get my car back, the detail job was very poorly done. At that point I did tell the service manager that the detail job was not done very well he was very rude and turned his back to me and walked away. More
