Repair gone wrong I took my car in for recall of my alternator. The dealership replaced it and did not put the belt on correctly. Two months later my battery was comple I took my car in for recall of my alternator. The dealership replaced it and did not put the belt on correctly. Two months later my battery was completely dead I replaced the battery finding out the replaced alternator was not putting out the correct voltage. Had to have my car towed to the dealership and they found the belt was put on incorrectly and slipped off. The dealership has yet to pay for the tow and will not pay for the new battery I had to buy due to this issue. Poor customer service as I try to get some answers when I would be getting reimbursement of the tow. More
